Associate Professional Member ($130.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: yes You must:
-have completed or graduated from a currently listed MTPT training program OR
be in a grandfathered group (please contact us)

AND
-Agree to terms of membership

Professional Member ($130.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: yes You must be:
-Certified CMTPT OR listing training program graduate OR grandfathered member (graduated from AMPF, PSPM, BPS)
AND
-Fulfillment of 20 continuing education units each year
-Agree to terms of membership

Student Member ($55.00 (USD)) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal: yes You must be:
-currently attending a school or training program in myofascial trigger point therapy
-agree to terms of membership
-supply a letter from the school upon request
